Privacy Policy
Paybrary is built on a simple principle: your earnings data is yours alone. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.
We don't collect any personal data
Paybrary does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on any server. We have no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
All data is local
Every shift, tip, bonus, goal, and workplace you create lives in a local database on your phone. We have no access to it. If you delete the app, the data is gone.
Optional iCloud sync (iOS only)
On iOS, you may opt in to sync your data across your own Apple devices using iCloud. This sync is encrypted by Apple and stays in your personal iCloud account. We never see this data; we have no servers.
Export and import
You can export your data to JSON or CSV at any time. Export is initiated by you, on your device, and the file is yours. We never see it.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Since we hold none of it, those rights are exercised by you directly within the app — and at any time you can delete everything from Settings → Delete All Data.
Children
Paybrary is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children.
